This can't be a comparison as you can't compare different branches of different college. In general go for the branch you are passionate about. Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering from MIT Manipal is better than Computer Science and Engineering from VIT Vellore because, there are all sorts of lab available here along with hardcore faculties. Quality of students is also good in this branch as getting admission in this colleg
