NIT, Trichy has been ranked one among the NITs for a while now whereas NIT, Warangal is said to be in top 3 but it's position keeps on fluctuating. For branch like EEE, you should prefer the top college. I suggest you to go with NIT-Trichy.

From NIT-Trichy and NIT-Warangal, I'll prefer you to opt for the Trichy, if you have rank for this college as this is the best college on the basis of course outline, faculty, placement and college infrastructure.
