From the above one should go for B.Tech in EEE from VIT University because of its academic, good curriculum, campus life, good placement record etc.

Vellore Institute of Technology University located in Vellore and Manipal Institute of Technology Manipal both of them are the top private universities or engineering colleges of India. But according to me you should choose electricals and electronics engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology

Go for Manipal University (main campus). MIT Manipal is known for its quality education. It has excellent infrastructure and faculties too. The first thing you should keep in mind while choosing between VIT and MIT should be which campus you are getting. If it is the main campus, i.e. Vellore and Manipal then you can go for either of the two as there isn't much difference between both in terms of placement, campus life and stuff. But if
