From the above one should go for B.Tech in EEE from VIT University because of its academic, good curriculum, campus life, good placement record etc.

Go for Manipal University (main campus). MIT Manipal is known for its quality education. It has excellent infrastructure and faculties too. The first thing you should keep in mind while choosing between VIT and MIT should be which campus you are getting.
