COEP is a premier institute while SPCE is not even known by that many people. Among the two COEP is the winner. COEP has been ranked one in Maharashtra after the IITs and NITs. SPCE is a small and not at all diverse college where they only offer programs in mechanical, electronics and civil engineering. In comparison to SPCE COEP is a lot better and it offers multidisciplinary courses and also receive grants from the government, giving you the advantage to pay less for you
