Which of these is better: BE in Aeronautical Engineering from Sathyabama or B.Tech in Aeronautical Engineering from Hindustan University?

Hi, Aeronautical at Sathyabama became famous 2-years back. You will have a question, why before two-years? What happened at that time?That year, Sathyabama wrote their history by becoming the first college to launch satellite along with the ISRO. Since then, the aeronautical stream at Sathyabama become very famous in India. If you join over, you can learn a lot and have a lot experience. Here the aero department conducts various workshops. They call various scientists from ISRO and other parts of the world. But coming to its placement, not just in this college but at every other college, there is a lack of placement for this course. So, I would suggest you that after completing, do MS at university in other countries. By doing so, you will get a good job.

Both the Universities are very well known in south region. Both have a good faculty for teaching and a huge infrastructure as well. Both the universities have been accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) with 'A' Grade. The difference comes in the type of course they offers. Sathyabama university offers BE in Aeronautical whereas Hindustan University offers B.Tech in Aeronautical/Aerospace. The course curriculum of BE and B.Tech is more or less same but B.Tech is slightly more advantageous. BE (Bachelor in Engineering) is considered a knowledge oriented course where more emphasis is given on the theoretical part of the curriculum, whereas B. Tech (Bachelor in Technology) is skill oriented which gives more emphasis on practicals. Since you are opting for an aviation course, practical knowledge is must. Today, the aviation sector is growing rapidly as a result Aero Engineers demand is high. Most of the aviation organizations seek for skilled engineers with practical knowledge. So, B.Tech in Aeronautical is better. And as you have chosen two institutes, Hindustan University, which offers B.Tech Aeronautical, is slightly better in case of practical lab facilities. In addition to above statement, a good number of aviation organizations comes in Hindustan University for placements.
