Both of these colleges are pretty good in terms of the quality of education which they provide. Pune Institute of Computer Technology (PICT) was specially founded for imparting education in computer science and IT. It provides only three courses in B.Tech which are computer engineering, electronics

In my opinion, both the colleges for computer engineering are good but still, PICT is better because it has a good faculty. No offense to any college or its staff, I would share my opinion here. I think, PICT, Pune would be a better option between the two of these colleges.
