Acharya Institute of Technology (AIT) is a better choice than MVJ College of Engineering in case of both educational quality and placements.
But instead of opting for Aeronautical Engineering, I would suggest you go for CSE from AIT Bangalore.
AIT is ranked 63rd in Indian Engineering college Ranking of "Outlook India". On the other hand, MVJCE stands nowhere in top 100.
AIT Bangalore has huge campus of 120 acres whereas MVJCE has a campus of just 15 acres.

It all depends on you where you take BE in CSE from IIT Bangalore or BE in aeronautical engineering from MVJ College of Engineering because it all comes down to your interest in the branch of the field whether you take CSE or aeronautical engineering. In CSE, you work with a computer or you work on the computer and in aeronautical engineering, you work on the aircraft design and shaping the aircraft.
