Acharya Institute of technology is better than MV Jayaraman College of Engineering. Computer science is one of the demanded fields of study for engineering. Engineering is always the toughest field of study. A large number of students are willing to enter into this field of education each and every year. There are a large number of quality campuses in Bangalore. Doing Bachelor of Engineering from Bangalore is always useful. Bangalore is famous for the Information Technology and ITES jobs. Hello, as far as the placement scenario of MVJ College of Engineering is concerned the placements are okay, not great though. An average of 600 students gets placed every year with their packages varying from Rs 4 lakhs to Rs 12 lakh per annum. Companies that visit include TCS, Eurofin, National Instruments, Schneider Electric and so on. The college does provide placement training right from the first year though. The training is very good and effective. Highly experienced personalities from various organizations come to teach. Placement opportunity is very good at AIT. Every year, a lot of companies visit the campus for placement. Placement percentage for CSE and IT is 90% and 70% for other departments. Highest salary offered is Rs 12 LPA by Cisco, lowest is Rs 3.5 LPA and the average salary is Rs 6 LPA. Companies like Cisco, Infosys, Accenture, Tech Mahindra, HP, Cognizant, Huawei, IBM, iGate, ITC Infotech, Wipro Technologies, Dell, Honda.
