Bundelkhand University offers BTech Computer Science Engineering whereas, MJPRU offers BTech Computer Science and Information Technology specialisation. Both are four-year programme each. For better decision between the two, below is the comparison of BTech CSE course offered by the universities:

BU JhansiINR 3.4 lakhINR 4.8 LPA
    MJPRUINR 3.01 lakhINR 50 LPA

    HI,
BU is an autonomous university which offers engineering courses. I don't remember if BU has any good placement records. It has an average of everything from hostel to academics. There are no labs, no industrial exposure and if you want to do some extra course, let's say embedded, for example, there is no option as the city is not that good.
But, here are some of the facts which I would like to mention about CSE department of MJPRU:-
Infrastructure is good and facilities are better with proper experimental laboratories and equipment.
The faculty is average, not so good but far better than private institutes.
    Syllabus followed is standard
