As rightly said by @Amanpreet, IGNOU is ne of the good options. Then you also have SMU, Symbiosis, ICFAI. IT-Infrastructure should be your specialization subject.

Probably Sikkim Manipal University is one of th preferred choices. Besides we have other universities such as ICFAI and traditional universities offering MBA programmes through their directorates of distance education.
