Which one among engineering and medical is better and why?

Engineering is considered easier as compared to medical. Medical courses are bit exhaustive but career growth is exceptional. Good medical colleges are scarce as compared to engineering. Even getting admission into medical field is tougher as compared to engineering. On the flip side, engineering has vast opportunities in the field of aeronautics to agriculture. Engineering fields are easier to understand. Comparing career opportunities medical has an edge over engineering. You will get into a valued job profile, you can get the same through engineering too. In my view, as the technological advances are rapid, so dynamic engineering should be preferred over medical.
