It depends on your likes and your interest. Both are good.
If you are good in communication and talkative, go for marketing. But if you are good in mathematics and numbers and like a job to sit and work, go for finance.

If you have sense of numbers and logic, then you must go for finance. If you have an extrovert personality and desire to learn cases and apply your own logic, then you can go with marketing.

MBA in finance will land you in an air conditioned cabin and you will be crunching numbers whole day. You will play with financial statements, ratios and you provide your own analysis and judgment. It is better suited for introverts in some cases.
MBA marketing is more adventurous and you meet new people every day. Be it sales or marketing, you always need to be smart and enthusiastic. If you are outgoing and love challenges, then MBA marketing is good for you.

It depends on you. If you have mathematical and analytical skills and you like to play with numbers, then you should go for finance. If you have very good communication skill, can do interact with people easily and convince them, then marketing is the best place for you.
Both of these specializations have very good career prospects, but I will say that you should go for that one, where your interest lies. You will spend almost 35 years in that career on which you'll specialize. So, don't run behind the money. You should choose the career carefully.

If you want to see yourself in at a high level in the corporate world or in any leading MNC, then try for MBA in finance or HRM.
