Which one gets more preference: CRL Rank or OBC NCL Rank?

I got OBC NCL 11446 & CRL 42004, I got civil engineering according to my CRL and above preferences choices are CS & ECE according to my OBC NCL. Will I get ECE/CS according to my OBC Rank or Civil according to my CRL in next round?

THESE ARE TWO DIFFERENT RANKS TO BE USED IN DIFFERENT CASES. AS IN JoSAA COUNSELLING YOUR OBC NCL RANK WILL BE CONSIDERED AND YOU WILL GET A SEAT IN GOOD COLLEGES AS IT FETCHES GOOD COLLEGES. BUT CRL RANK IS PREFERD IN CSAB COUNSELLING. HOPE YOU WILL GET A GOOD SEAT IN GOOD COLLGE. ALL THE BEST.

In JoSAA counselling, For admission It is very much obvious that your OBC NCL Rank will be preferred as it will fetch top seats for you. But for CSAB counselling only AIR is considered for seat allocation. Hope it helps.
