Which one gives a higher salary among B.Tech and MCA?

I am good in maths not well in physics and chemistry. Which is valued more among B.Tech in a not so well institute and MCA from a reputed college?

B.Tech has better scope than MCA.

Both the degrees are almost same professionally , pursuing B.Tech saves 2 crucial years compared to MCA but good college is a must for placements
