B.Tech CSE is better than all of these. BCA is second best. B.Tech has more demand and provides higher packages than most other similar courses.

According to the present scenario of jobs and placements, the order of preference of the three degrees shall be:
    1. B.Tech (CS/IT) 2. BCA and the last one being B.Sc. (IT) as the IT organisation's eligibility criteria being among the B.Tech or BCA. Also, the curriculum and knowledge base formed for a student is far more concrete and strong in B.Tech and then BCA.

In this stream, the main thing is the coding skills, and if you know that extremely well, then you can grab a handsome pack easily irrespective of the degree you have, so if you can be good at the coding then you don't have problem in doing B.Sc.

Placement wise, you should go for B.Tech but nowadays B.Sc IT or BCA provides you with the best core study related to IT.
All the best for your bright future.

    Hi,
There are a lot of Degree courses but B.Tech is an Engineering Degree whereas others are Graduation degrees on science and computer application. If you have an opportunity and eligible for B.Tech, then I would suggest go for B.Tech which would help you to know more insight into technology and you would be preferable candidate in job market compare to others.
B.Sc and BCA both have a good scope in today's market too. However, it's an honest advise from my site any degree helps to speed up your career growth only after Experience and Specialisation will add.
To answer your question, B.Tech has better scope than the other two.
