MBA is much better and there is a lot of chance for placement. Liberal subjects are mainly research-oriented.So, Economics will bring you opportunity only on study and depth.

MBA seems attractive but has failed to get jobs to everyone. If you have a heart for teaching, please go to MA economics and do good. Prepare UGC NET during MA and do develop research aptitude and as a content writer.

MA in economics is far better as economics has a wider scope. It gives more opportunities and has more jobs in the market.

MA in economics gives you broader way after BA in economics, whereas MBA gives you admin skills, M.A. Will make you enter into a corporate world but mostly as an employee only but through MBA you'll become manager directly.

If you've interest in Economics field then do your PG in Economics as its very good career option. Economics graduates have various professions open to them. . they can work in various sectors like Business, Education, Government & Consultancy fields. Apart from these there are job opportunities in Banking, Political consulting and various Nonprofit organizations. Give your best and try to get admission in any of the top colleges to study this course like DSE Delhi, UPES Dehradun, JNU, BHU etc. These provide strong curriculum, faculty and placements.

Hi! Both these courses, M.A. And M. B.A. have a different set of scopes. While MA is a really attractive course which attracts all kinds of sectors for employment, MA is an academic course and slides you towards being a scholar. If you find the profession of teaching interesting then you can go for Masters in Economics and if you want to get into the corporate sector you can always choose to do Masters in Business Administration (MBA).
