Which one has more scope among MBA HR and MBA sales? I am from electrical engineering background.

Being an engineer is always beneficial, as you are generally smart and job-ready.
Demand of sales will never fall, as companies have to sell their products "always".
So, for you, MBA sales or marketing should be a good option.
