Hello Sarthak! Both are equally rewarding and challenging in their own ways; what matters more is where do your interests lie. If you have an outgoing and spontaneous personality, can influence people with your words and actions, you can opt for marketing. On the other hand, if you have good communication skills, have a charismatic personality, and are both dependable and confident, MBA in HR can help you launch a career in the HR domain. https://www.shiksha.com/mba/articles/top-5-mba-specializations-in-india-blogId-3223 Kindly visit this link for more details.

I will suggest you do MBA in HR or Marketing specializations. The degree programme in Maters in Business Administration is one of the most jobs provider educational degree course in the world. If you are not choosing LPU for MBA, make sure you are into Iims or the deemed government business schools of India. Moreover, I would suggest you go through NIRF rankings 2020 for B-Schools and plan accordingly. LPU has been ranked 37 as per the NIRF ranking 2021. Also, spending more money on colleges has nothing to do with the quality of education. It has to do with the quality of their infrastructure (for private colleges). The best thing abou
