I think BBA + MBA is a better option because BBA is a basic of MBA so this is more easy for you.

B.Com + MBA in finance is a better option as compared to BBA plus MBA because through B.Com, you will get better knowledge of finance and accounts which will help you in MBA also. BBA is a pure management course and it is less related to finance.
