hi,i m student of b.tech(ece) final year and i m already ccna certified,what will be the beneficial for me,
institute trainig or industrial,where i get good packege and job security.

Training through company u will not be taught the concepts for taking the conceptual knowledge u will have to go to an institute. Company person don't have time to make u teach they will just

as per ew details I sugest ew dat u must go 4 on d ground practical experience so dat u inturn bcum more skilld profesion vid experience @ d bck

company....coz u get the exposure of real time...and you will be able to handle things in better manner...and you will be facing new things everyday..
