For B.Tech, LPU is much better than JSS or KIET or AKG or GRAPHIC ERA or GALGOTIAS because LPU provides good opportunities to nourish your skills other than academics.

LPU is suggested. It has good infrastructure, good placements and a wide platform for enhancing one's competitive advantage and profile. It gives a vast exposure as well. It has tie ups with Google, SAP, Oracle, etc. You can participate in the workshops organized. Also, co-curricular activities and extracurricular activities are available for further boosting your profile. All the best.

If you are from Dehradun/ Uttarakhand trust me you don't need to go anywhere. Anyone can tell a lie but not NIRF see <a rel="nofollow" target="_blank" href="https://www.nirfindia.org/2019/EngineeringRanking.html" style='word-wrap:break-word;'>https://www.nirfindia.org/2019/EngineeringRanking.html</a> NIRF is a government organisation not like India Today, Pioneer etc. Graphic era has got the best placement in Uttarakhand other than IIT Roorkee. Update: See the NIRF ranking Graphic era has got better rank than LPU.

LPU is best, as it has better infrastructure and high-tech labs, then other colleges you are looking for. So, you should go for LPU, as you will get better opportunities to enhance and develop your career and personality there than any other colleges you mentioned.
