Which one is best: M.Sc IT or MCA?

Jatin, MCA is for applications so if you want to work in development then go for this. Also, note that only if you are very good with maths and programming, opt for Computers (BTech or BCA). I am not sure how good you are with maths and programming. If you are, then you must pick up Programming and

I would suggest to an MBA in IT rather than MCA.
The benefits of doing an MBA are:
