Which one is better: 2 years of job and then full time MBA or continue the job with part time MBA?

I am a chemistry graduate of 2018. I'm not interested in M.Sc. I have been selected for job of sales and marketing of chemical analysis instruments.

Two years job experience can help you to take admission in top institutions and also to understand the current practical and implementation. Part MBA is not considered as much favourable by reputed companies.
