Which one is better among B.Com and B.Com honors? I am interested for MBA.

I would suggest you to go for B.Com (hons.)
MBA after B.Com (hons.) would add good to your career, rather than general B.Com course. -
Go for B.Com (hons.) instead of going for general B.Com. You will learn a lot in B.Com (hons.) And, nowadays lot of jobs demand a degree with honors. MBA in itself will be good opportunity for you.
