Hello Shivam,
From employer's perspective, both courses are similar. I know many students who have done BCA and are employed along with BE students. BCA is a simple graduation that does not require any entrance test, of course this may change in future, and it takes only three years to complete.

B.Tech is a far more comprehensive and professionally valued course than BCA, primarily because it delves into a lot more subjects than BCA.
