Which one is better among Banasthali for B.Tech (CSE) and BIT, Mesra for B.Arch?

That should depend on your interest. Like, if you are in coding and love logical approach, you can take CSE in Banasthali.
The good thing with CSE branch is that you don't need to have a very sophisticated infrastructure. You can have a good system and other not so complicated stuff and you can do great in CSE.
But if you are good with drawing and have interest in architecture then go for BIT. Remind you, to be good in architecture, you need a good power of imagination.

B.Arch from BIT Mesra is good as per the views of my architecture friends. College offers a lot of activities to enrich your architectural skills. -
I've never heard of the college Banasthali.
Please compare the placements scenario of both the colleges and make the decision.
