Which one is better among civil in NIT-Hamirpur orand CSE in IIIT-Ranchi?

It totally depends on your choice, because we can't compare two branches. If you desire for CSE, go for IIIT, or else go for NIT -Hamirpur. Choose wisely. If you are asking for infrastructures, then NIT Hamirpur is well established and IIIT is running inside NIT-Jamshedpur. -
NIT Hamirpur is ranked better than IIIT Ranchi for general Engineering, and that gives a general idea that any given engineering branch would be better at NIT Hamirpur than at IIIT Ranchi. However as you are comparing two different branches, I would have to go into more detail. The Civil branch of NIT Hamirpur is not as good as the other branches here. And if CSE is your passion, I would say go for the CSE branch wherever you are able to get admission into it. If you are simply looking for the better college regardless of the branch, then go for NIT Hamirpur.
