Which one is better among colleges through UPSEE and LPU for B.Tech in CSE?

LPU is the best engineering college in Punjab for CSE. Lately, number of admissions in CSE department have been increased rapidly and has become one of the popular courses among engineering aspirants. It focuses on the basic elements of computer programming and networking. Professors are easily approachable in the college and are well experienced. They are very supportive of all technicalities. Students can contact them anytime for their study purpose. The latest teaching methods are used in the classroom. The placements on the campus is good enough. It is the best university in the North of India to give the best packages in B.Tech (CSE). During the time of my brother induction, I have seen a few students who got placed in the companies with a package of 28 LPA. The university placement drive undoubtedly works hard for the students to get placed. Just before Final Year of your course, a special team called School of Professional Enhancement will prepare students for upcoming placements and you won't get a day off from placements, every day a company comes to campus. Its just up to you how well you can do and never lose Patience you will get placed, you just have to prepare well for that. The university has tie-ups SAP and Oracle to train us better and with huge companies for placements like Google, Microsoft, Capgemini, Amazon, JOSH technology group, Tech Mahindra, TCS and others who visit every year offering attractive packages to students. The average package is around 3.5lakhs - 4.5lakhs p. a. The deserving ones are also seen ceasing the opportunity by getting placed with a whopping package of 20-25 LPA. I think LPU is the best university in all aspects to do engineering. I always suggest LPU when it comes to the placement of CSE. Moreover, a student can have a lot of opportunities while studying LPU for their better and prosperous career. I have also done my MBA from LPU and one of my friend's younger brother is studying over there in B.Tech CSE. There are some points I would like to share why CSE is good from LPU. Good Placement: LPU has a good placement record for CSE students. Every year more than 500+ companies including national and multinational companies visit LPU for placement. A few of them are Microsoft, Amazon, Adobe, etc. In which are placed. The maximum package availed for CSE is 42 lacs. Per annum by Microsoft in 2020. Scholarships: LPU provides scholarship to bright students every year worth crore rupees to all the students on the basis of their academics and extracurricular activities Faculty: All faculty members are well qualified from IITs, NITs, Iims, and top-ranked universities all over the world. Without any bias towards any particular college, I will offer you my own perspective. It depends on your end goals or objectives. Most of the Engineering Colleges in India don't focus much on developing the overall personality of the student. Anyways Your decision making should not be on the basis of placements, packages but on quality of students ( your peer group), faculty, infrastructure, curriculum, and the alumni network. My brother has completed B.Tech CSE from Lovely Professional University and currently he is working in Amazon with the highest package. Dear Pushpendra, I am an pass out student of LPU. First of all, please understand that LPU is a university and the UPSEE colleges are affiliated colleges to some university. This makes the comparison unfair. The teaching methods and curriculum courses and the academic sessions are backbone for any university we can't compare on the basis of this thing and the grades or results. Indeed the thing matter is placements LPU is always take care for their students they never fall down or compromise with the studies of their students. They do prepare them for the placements in an innovative idea PEP classes Personality enchantment classes. They do take care of communication skills of their students. WIth that zero percent of study lose they take these classes on Saturday and Sunday. On the basis of placement and infrastructure, LPU is best for CSE. My younger brother also studied CSE from LPU and got a good placement from LPU in Amazon with the package of 15 lakhs per annum. 1. LPU has 600+ acres of campus in Punjab and more than 25000+ students study there among many countries. 2. A-one infrastructure- All the facilities are available on the campus. You no need to go outside in case of any need such as food, hospital, indoor/Outdoor sports stadium, etc. 3. Highly qualified faculty. Many specializations are provided by CSE department such as AI, ML, Cloud Computing, Data Science, etc. 4. Hello, As per my experience, LPU is the best place for a career. I have completed my CSE from the LPU in the year 2019. I have not faced any kind of disappointment at any phase. LPU provides the beautiful infrastructure and all required resources to students and staff. I highly recommend that if you really want to make your career with a good level of education then you should go for LPU. My Decision for LPU was the best decision of my life. LPU provides specialisation also in Cyber Security, Cloud Computing, Machine Learning, Full Stack Web Development, Big Data, etc. LPU gave me an extra edge in everything. LPU is Great in teaching, placements, infrastructure, or other facilities. The best thing is LPU gives the career pathways like I was interested in placements and I opted then university gave me all required and important inputs and the result was my placement in a good MNC with Great Package. The maximum package was 31 Lacs per annum in that year. On another hand, my batchmates who were interested in higher studies than university gave all required inputs according to them. So in short LPU is actually Nourishing the students for a better future. Rest Haters are everywhere but LPU is the Best Place for a good career as per my experience of 4 years over there.
