Which one is better among computer science and civil services? I am good at computers but also wanted to secure a govt. job.

This is not a problem. Just opt a degree of Computer Science, study for 4 years. If your mind change to stay in the computer science, then go ahead and if not, then go for civil service by giving examination after graduation. Don't be confused, go for CS, and then for civil services.
