Which one is better among CS in IIIT-Kanchipuram and mechanical in NIT - Kurukshetra?

You should dig a little bit deeper. Try to research on both the fields in every aspect if have confusion, firstly, you should understand what these two things are. You can refer shiksha.com in order to know about these two branches. There are the articles related to these courses. They would help you in taking a fair decision. -
I think NIT Kurukshetra is better option as your home state is Haryana. It would be easy to cope up and mechanical is also a good group but if you are interested in CSE then go for IIITs. Follow your interest.
