Which one is better among distance MBA and executive MBA? I am an electrical engineer having 5 years of experience.

Since you are employed. I would suggest you go in for an executive MBA from any of the top 20 MBA institutes. Executive MBAs are of shorter duration and also the curriculum is more relevant to the industry. You need to try and seek specialisation in a subject which is closer to your area of work.
