In my opinion, an MBA is more about peer learning, interactions with professors and on site conversations. While the classroom learning plays a good role in providing you with technical/theoretical knowledge, a major part of your personality development happens when you study in a Campus with 400 different students, from diverse backgrounds and with varied experiences and perspectives. MBA is more about the experience rather than education. The focus of all the good MBA programs is on leadership development, teamwork, peer learning, problem-solving, case analysis, gaining the right business insights, building effective communication sk

The course MBA either regular, online, or distance is a Masters level programme available for 2 years and is offered in various specialisations. Both the courses are equal in the form of certification and graduation. But the difference starts with the knowledge, exposure, placements and other things. I would definitely recommend for regular MBA as you have lot to gain from it. But on the other hand if you are already settled in a good job and in a good position you can take distance MBA.

Even if you go for MBA through distance learning mode, it is also acceptable. It should be done from a recognised University like IGNOU. It is a well-established brand name in the field of distance education. For further details, kindly visit the website of the University. I hope this would suffice.

Hi there, Distance MBA is valid where it is used just for eligibility. Don't actually expect any significant skill gain from the programme. Thanks.
