PGDM in Narsee Monjee will always be better than distance MBA in Amity. Narsee Monjee is much more reputed for MBA than Amity. Do full-time MBA so that you can learn a lot and easily get a very handsome salary package.

If you are a working woman then distance MBA adds value to your CV and it is not a bad deal at all. MBA degree is also required for most of the Govt. exams. It is helpful there also. However, to do PGDM if you are not a working woman from NMIMS is not a bad choice, it also has a great future.

Hey Kirti, If you want to do MBA just for the sake of degree then you can opt for distance mode but if you really want to understand people and know more about it then you must go for PGDM. All the best.
