Hi,
If I need to ask as per your question then I would prefer you to go for MBA as PGDM doesn't not have same value as MBA degree carries. However, I would advise to check on various other options like Annamalai, SGVU, UPES, etc. which are properly approved from all the councils and have more credibility in terms of Masters degree.

If you are a working woman then distance MBA adds value to your CV and it is not a bad deal at all. MBA degree is also required for most of the Govt. exams. It is helpful there also. However, to do PGDM if you are not a working woman from NMIMS is not a bad choice, it also has a great future.
