Which one is better among distance MBA from Amity and PGDM in HR from Narsee Monjee?

I have scored 50% marks in class 10th and 12th and 47% marks in B.Com from Lucknow University. I have a work experience of 5 years in a school management department.

PGDM in Narsee Monjee will always be better than distance MBA in Amity. Narsee Monjee is much more reputed for MBA than Amity. Do full-time MBA so that you can learn a lot and easily get a very handsome salary package.

PGDM in HR from Narsee Monjee is way better than getting a distance MBA from Amity. The simple logic behind this is the brand value it carries along with the name. Getting your degree from a better college helps.

    Hi,
If I need to ask as per your question then I would prefer you to go for MBA as PGDM doesn't not have same value as MBA degree carries. However, I would advise to check on various other options like Annamalai, SGVU, UPES, etc. which are properly approved from all the councils and have more credibility in terms of Masters degree.
    Regards.

    Hey Kirti,
If you want to do MBA just for the sake of degree then you can opt for distance mode but if you really want to understand people and know more about it then you must go for PGDM.
    All the best.

If you are a working woman then distance MBA adds value to your CV and it is not a bad deal at all. MBA degree is also required for most of the Govt. exams. It is helpful there also. However, to do PGDM if you are not a working woman from NMIMS is not a bad choice, it also has a great future.
