    I won't recommend Durgadevi Saraf,
Indira has higher fee, though the placement is average ROI is very low for Indira.
Try for Met MMS, Alkesh Dinesh Mody Institute, SIES, Lala, etc.

I recommend Mumbai and Pune as well because both are well developed cities. You have scored 89% that's very good now this is depend on you if you have knowledge of MMS so you can easily handle the MMS studies and I think Pune is much better than Mumbai.

Avoid Durga Saraf. You can try for Chetana, IES Mumbai, etc.

If you want an admission in Mumbai for MMS course it is better to get into good colleges starting from JBIMS, Sydenham, Welinkar, KJ Somaiya, N S Dalmia, XIMR, MET, Chetana, IES or so or else it's always a better option to do MBA course from UNI Pune. As per your score you will easily get through Indira Institute of Management cutoffs, mostly within second or third round of the cap.
