It depends on which stream you prefer. If you want to do EC, go for BMS or RV. If you don't get admission in them, DSCE is also a good option. Civil is almost the same everywhere. More details: https://admissionblock.com/

I would suggest ECE from Dayananda Sagar College because PES is known for branches like CS, EC, etc. If you can get ECE in DSC then there is no point coming to PES for Civil.
