Dear Vianamar, I can't differentiate any university among these as I have no idea about UPES, IP, and VIT. But being an alumnus of LPU, I will provide details of B.Tech in ME at LPU. The Mechanical Engineering programme seamlessly articulates the concepts from basic Science to technology with relevant practice through lab and projects for building the problem-solving skills, keeping industry requirements in place for Design, Manufacturing, Thermal etc. Specialisation. Placements: There are more than 100 companies that are coming in LPU for placements of the mech. Students. It varies from 3 Lacs per annum to 12 Lacs per annum. On average, the placements are 5 Lacs in a very core company which gradually sees a couple of rapid promotions based on your hard work.
