Which one is better among IHM and IIHM? Can I get a good job abroad after completing BHM from the same?

IHM is a government college. Other is International IHM. In both, you have to appear for exams for admissions. In IIHM, one also gets an opportunity for abroad trainings. Yes, after completing your course, you can get jobs in other parts of world. During your course try to acquire maximum knowledge and skills.

IHM is the better to join, because it is a government college, which is more prestigious around India. The IHMs around India provide B.Sc Degree. You can get a good job with hotel management from abroad.
