Dear Priti, Integrated MBA is definitely better option than B.Sc+MBA. Because, Int. MBA whether B.Tech+MBA, BBA+MBA makes you a professional to work in any of the top fortune companies in India. Else, B.Sc+MBA makes you employ in any of the private organizations at an entry-level job. All the best
