Which one is better among IT from SKN Sinhgad-Pune and computer engineering from Chandigarh University?

Both the colleges are good but if you are from Pune or Maharashtra then go for SKN else Chandigarh University as I would personally say that I have not seen any crowd from Maharashtra in Chandigarh University.
