Which one is better among M.Sc food science technology and M.Sc food technology?

Both courses are two sides of the same coin. One is usually dependent on the other for survival.
M.Sc food science educates students with the behavior of different components in food items whereas food technology educates them with the application of the knowledge obtained from the former.
