Which one is better among M.Sc (IT) and MBA (IT) professional?

I am in IT professional with 13 years of experience. I have completed my BCA and 3 years Diploma in electronics and telecommunications. I want to go for post graduate degree/Diploma.

    MBA IT will be more beneficial as you already have 13 years of experience in the IT domain. MBA will strengthen your chances of getting a higher role in an organisation.
