MBA and M.Tech, both will offer you what you are looking for (good job with good pay). However, the choice should be based upon your interest rather than the money earned because five-six years down the line, you will be earning enough, but your job should be motivating enough to get you to work everyday. So, take a decision based upon your area of interest. M.Tech will provide an opportunity to expand your knowledge further in the field that you are currently in. You get a chance to explore and dig deeper into concepts that intrigued you in your graduation. Your technical skills are enhanced and you can become a subject matter expert

The decision would be based on your interest areas and long term career plans. If you want to pursue a career in academics / technical / research areas, then M.Tech would be a better option However if you want to move into general management / operations side then MBA would be better.
