Both M.Tech/ MS and MBA are good career options after engineering graduate degree. M.Tech/MS will make you a specialist in the chosen field and you can make a career as a technologist. You may seek admission in M.Tech/MS if you are technically inclined. If you are not technically inclined then you may opt for MBA and become a generalist. Currently, the scope of MBA is wider but slowly industry has started paying a good salary to technologist also.

It may depend upon the type of thinking and person you are. If you want to go for further studies in engineering field, go for M.Tech or if you are interested in controlling a pack or a company or interested in business field you can go for MBA. However, there is no valid reason for doing MS.
