    Hi Kartik,
In my opinion, Chandigarh University is a better option among these two. It has the NAAC A+ Grade. The campus is Fantastic and very spacious with Affordable and transparent fee structure. The faculty is well experienced in terms of both academic and industry experience.
The university in all terms offers up to 100% scholarship to the deserving students in all fields, may it be academics, sports or extracurricular. All the courses are approved and recognised by the needed national and international organisations for the degrees to be validated globally.

Chandigarh University is better than Manav Rachna in many ways. Firstly, CU is the youngest university having A+ according to NAAC accreditation. Secondly, it has the best infrastructure and other necessary facilities well-equipped. Moreover, the fees structure of the courses is also economical and affordable. Chandigarh University (CU) admissions are generally based on CUCET scores for most of the courses. Students need to appear for the test or submit scores of any other accepted exams as stated by the university. Hence, in some cases, you may get admission in CU without CUCET. The CUCET test is also a scholarship test and if you want to get the scholarship benefits offered by the university based on CUCET scores, then you will have to appear for the exam.
