Which one is better among MBA and PGDM in terms of job opportunities?

Dear Nabanita,
There is no difference between MBA and PGDM. Colleges affiliated to university provide a degree called MBA. Whereas, those institutions that aren't affiliated with any university and run the programme provide PGDM. Even IIM's provide PGDM. I hope this would suffice. All the best. God
