If I talk about communication skills, you have to improve. In MBA you have to be good in managerial, communication, and presentation skills but worry about it during your MBA definitely you will expert in these skills. You can choose any specialisation according to your interest. MBA in Marketing: Better marketing is the panacea that companies have prescribed for themselves to ward off the ills of recession. Therefore, MBAs from the Marketing stream are even more sought after than they were in good times earlier. Talking about communication skills, it is required in HR and marketing. So, you can choose finance but as you are weak in maths, so you can't even do finance also. Thus, you are required to either improve maths or your communication skills. Communication skills can be improved if you will interact with the people as much as you can. Never feel shy our remove hesitation as that is the only key to success.

Marketing requires communication skills and hard work, finance is mathematics. In that case you should go for HR. Anyways, I would suggest improving your communication skills as they will help you forever.

If you have no interest in maths then go for HR as the other 2 have much more calculation in them.

MBA in marketing is best among these three. You need to develop your communication skills because it is very essential if you want to make marketing a specialisation. Don't worry for maths but basic knowledge is required.

If you don't have interest in Maths, then Finance is not for u. and if you are weak in communication then HR and Marketing also not for you. Now, if you want to pursue MBA hoping a good future then you should change your attitude first, be willing to learn things hard work in your weaker side then only you can achieve your goals. Choose Finance if you are willing to study some mathematics, accounting etc. Now if you not even interested your interest doesn't matter because if you are choosing general MBA then accounting, mathematics etc. Are all compulsory in first year. Specialization comes only in second year.

Dear, all three HR, Marketing & finance are better but as you are saying that you are not good with numerical and less communication skill, firstly I suggest you to develop your communication skill because it will come in each and every field which you select And I suggest you to take either HR or Marketing because you can work on your communication.
