Which one is better among MBA (systems) and MBA (operations)?
I have done B.Sc in IT.

Both are good for you
IT would be more suitable
Very few students take up IT hence few colleges dont have IT
Operations can give more pay than IT
But chance of getting a Job at IT would be easier for you since there are few takers for IT

As you have studied IT then go for your core i.e. MBA in system.. it will help you to get job..
