I would suggest CU for so many reasons. Better infrastructure, NAAC A+ accreditation, amazing placement record and half the fee of that of MIT- Pune. -
Undoubtedly Chandigarh University is a better option to pursue BE in CSE. CU also offer special courses in collaboration with IBM where faculty from IBM come to teach.

I think Chandigarh University is the best choice to pursue B.Tech CSE among MIT-Pune or other universities.
